Citadis trams
Series 2001-2060
 On 7 July 2000 the RET ordered 60
low-floor Citadis trams from Alstom. They have a length of
31.6 meters, a width of 2.40 meters, and a capacity of 178
(62 seated) passengers. Numbers 2001-2060. The first new
tram is delivered in October 2002. Starting 2003 the new
trams came into service.
Series 2101-2153
In 2011 a second series of 53 Citadis trams started to enter
service. These trams with a length of 30 m are shorter than
the first series. This makes it possible to use them on a
number of lines with older layouts, which are forbidden for
trams of the first series.
